Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Scope of Application

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
2. In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish various regulations, including rules for usage (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Regulations"). These Individual Regulations shall form part of these Terms regardless of their title.
3. If the provisions of these Terms conflict with the provisions of the Individual Regulations, the Individual Regulations shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

Article 2: User Registration

1. An individual who wishes to use the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") must agree to these Terms and apply for user registration by submitting the Company's designated application form or using another method specified by the Company.
2. The following individuals are not eligible for user registration:

   (1) Individuals who have previously violated these Terms or had their service contract terminated

   (2) Members of organized crime groups, former members who have not been disassociated for at least five years, quasi-members of organized crime groups, related companies, corporate extortionists, social movement extortionists, special intelligence violence groups, or individuals equivalent to these (collectively referred to as "Anti-Social Forces")

   (3) Individuals who have the following relationships with Anti-Social Forces:

   a. Having management controlled by Anti-Social Forces

   b. Having substantial involvement in management by Anti-Social Forces

   c. Using Anti-Social Forces for illegal profit or to harm third parties

   d. Providing funds or support to Anti-Social Forces

   e. Having a socially condemnable relationship with Anti-Social Forces

   (4) Individuals whom the Company deems inappropriate

3. If the Company requires additional materials to review an application, the Applicant must provide them.
4. Once the Company approves the registration application, a service contract is established between the Applicant and the Company. The Company is not obligated to disclose reasons for rejecting an application.

Article 3: Management of User ID and Password

1. Users must properly manage their User ID and password at their own responsibility.
2. Users must not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with third parties. If a login is made using the registered combination of User ID and password, the Company will consider it to be used by the registered User.
3. The Company is not responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized use of a User's ID and password, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the Company's part.

Article 4: Distribution of Emails and Advertisements

The Company may send newsletters and advertisements via email to Users, and Users agree to receive such communications.

Article 5: Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Criminal activities
• Providing false information to the Company
• Disrupting the Company's servers, networks, or other Users
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Collecting or storing personal information of other Users
• Unauthorized access or attempts to do so
• Impersonating another User
• Providing benefits to Anti-Social Forces
• Infringing on the intellectual property, privacy, honor, or other rights of the Company, other Users, or third parties
• Posting or transmitting content that includes:
  1. Excessive violence
  2. Explicit sexual content
  3. Discriminatory expressions based on race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, lineage, etc.
  4. Encouragement of suicide, self-harm, or drug abuse
  5. Other content that is socially unacceptable

Article 6: Service Suspension

The Company may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:

• System maintenance or updates
• Natural disasters or other force majeure events
• Unexpected accidents causing system failures
• Other cases where the Company deems service provision difficult

The Company is not liable for any damages caused by service suspension.

Article 7: Copyright

1. Users may only post or upload content for which they hold copyright or have obtained permission from the rightful owner.
2. Users retain copyright to their posted content but grant the Company a license to use the content for service improvement, quality enhancement, and promotional purposes.
3. All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or its licensors.

Article 8: Usage Restrictions and Deregistration

1. The Company may delete User data, restrict usage, or cancel User registration without prior notice if the User:
   • Violates these Terms
   • Provides false information
   • Fails to respond to Company communications for over three weeks
   • Has not used the Service for over 12 months
   • Is deemed inappropriate by the Company
2. Users must immediately settle all outstanding debts upon deregistration.
3. The Company is not responsible for damages incurred due to account restrictions or cancellations.

Article 9: Account Termination

Users may terminate their contract with the Company following the prescribed procedure.

Article 10: Liability and Disclaimers

1. The Company is not liable for damages unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
2. The Company makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, security, or usability of the Service.

Article 11: User Liability

Users are responsible for compensating the Company or third parties for damages caused by their actions.

Article 12: Changes to the Service

The Company may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice and bears no liability for resulting damages.

Article 13: Personal Information

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Article 14: Notifications

Notifications between Users and the Company will be conducted as specified by the Company.

Article 15: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Company’s headquarters.
